Does the canvas come with installation materials?

Our canvases come with pre-installed hanging hardware. A centered sawtooth is installed on the top side of the canvas. It also includes pre-installed rubber bumpers to protect your canvas and your walls. 

How do I clean my canvas?

Occasional gentle cleaning may be necessary to keep the aesthetic quality of your canvas print. The best cleaning technique is to dust the canvas with a soft, lint-free, dry cloth or feather duster. If your canvas requires deeper cleaning, use a lint-free, clean cloth with warm soapy water and gently rub the affected areas. 

Do not immerse in water or use cleaning products as these can damage the material. Also, canvas material is not weatherproof and should be kept indoors away from high humidity and moisture. 

To ensure your printed canvas lasts for years, do not keep your canvas in direct sunlight. Direct sunlight can cause the print to fade over time. Soft lighting is best. 

When will my order ship?

We do not produce anything until ordered and our production can take up to 4 business days. After production time the option we have for shipping is Fast Free Shipping (3-5 Business Days) for all orders. 

What shipping options do you offer?

We currently only offer Fast Free Shipping (3-5 Business Days) for all orders. 

Do you offer international shipping?

We don't offer international shipping at this time. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but please know that this is only temporary. We are planning to bring this back in the near future!

Where's My Order Tracking Number?

Please allow up to (4) business days to receive your tracking number to check your order status.

As soon as your canvas ships, we will send you a confirmation email that includes your order's tracking number.  Orders of 2 or more products may have multiple tracking numbers which could be emailed at separate times. Your order shipment confirmation email will be sent to the email used at the time of purchase.

IMPORTANT: We Do Not Ship To P.O. Boxes

Do I Need To Sign For My Delivery?

ALL Canvas Cultures packages sent out DO NOT require signatures to be delivered.

Rest assured your package will be left in a safe place (out of sight and out of the weather), at the delivery driver's discretion.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?

If your order arrives damaged in any way or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at support@canvascultures.com

  1. Take a digital photo of your damaged product and the shipping container it arrived in (only if the package is also damaged).
  2. Attach your photos to an email and send them to support@canvascultures.com. Please include your ORDER NUMBER, FULL NAME, and brief description.
  3. You will receive an email within 24 hours confirmation. We will work together to resolve the situation.

Can I Exchange My Canvas For A Larger/Smaller One?

We are happy to exchange the canvas for a larger/smaller size.

Exchange requests within 24 hours of purchase can be made, please contact customer support immediately for any requests.

Exchange requests AFTER (24) hours will require the customer to send the canvas back to our return facility.

(We cannot exchange your order after (24) hours because it will have already gone into production.)

Do You Sell Canvases Wholesale?

We don't have a wholesale program 

What is your return & refund policy?

Thanks for shopping at Canvas Cultures. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date you received your item to submit a return request. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags and in its original packaging.

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange

  • Final sales
  • Gift cards
  • Custom-made products (i.e. personalized canvas products)
  • Gifts with purchase

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Once we receive your item, we will notify you that we received it and inspect it. Once inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You’ll receive the credit within 3-5 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

How do I cancel an order?

We only accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of placing your order. After 1 hour, your order is sent for processing and cannot be modified or canceled.

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, Diners Club), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Meta Pay, and ShopPay (including Buy Now Pay Later installments).

How Does Route Work?

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred. Claims will be reviewed for approval within 1-2 business days from filing.
