We do not produce anything until ordered and our production can take up to4 business days.  After production time the option we have for shipping is Fast Free Shipping (5-8 Business Days) for all orders. 

After your order ships (per the timing outlined in the above question), its arrival depends on which shipping option you selected at checkout.

If you insured your order with Onward at checkout, you received a confirmation email from them with a link to file a shipping issue - please consult that email. If you did not insure your order with Onward, please reach out to Customer Service.
